Any organisation should be considering adopting and obtaining accreditation as it generates and controls good business practice. Companies are now certified to ISO 9001 and can opt for exclusion of certain clauses of the standard for which they can justify this.
We provide services for design and compilation of management systems to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Full consideration is made of your company and its requirements in this respect and any industry specific requirements that apply. We do not provide a standard procedure manual that you have to adopt, your company operation is used to tailor the system. Most of our systems are generated in flow chart format, simplifying the documentation and reducing paperwork.
As with all of our activities, complete confidentiality is maintained and nothing of our clients systems are disclosed to other parties unless given specific permission by the client.

Assessment of Company Systems
As a trained Lead Auditor and certified as a QMS 2015 Auditor, I am able to carry out a full assessment of your company against ISO 9001:2015 requirements. During 2007 my scope was extended by a Lead Auditor conversion course for EMS Management Systems to ISO 14001. Auditing can also be against AS9100 Rev C, TS 16949 and other standards with qualification through certification as an internal auditor and through knowledge gained by constructing and operating accredited systems. My approvals ensure the validity of this and I operate within their codes of conduct, ensuring the integrity of your company and its operations.
Procedure Design and Compilation
Having controlled and formatted system procedures for a large multi-national company, for whom I was the controller throughout Great Britain, I am able to provide your company with documented systems in a highly professional manner. For customers using networked or stand-alone computer systems, we can tailor the on-line procedures to link to each other and related forms etc., using hyperlinks. This is even more efficient and prevents wrong issues being used. Master copies of procedures and Forms are supplied in presentation binders and clear pockets. Electronic data files are supplied on CD. Full desktop publishing using Microsoft Office enable a turnkey package to be provided. Changes to procedures can also be carried out to meet your on-going continual improvement. Control of documents can then be carried out by the client or if required, by MCA Quality Services Ltd by agreed annual support contract or ad-hoc call-off. Whichever is chosen a back-up of the original documents will be held securely by us for reference and retrieval. Much of our document control and change is available by use of Dropbox to enable collaboration with clients and reduce travel.
Training
Having been trained many years ago by the Manpower Services Commission under their Instructor Training programme, , and having since been the assigned quality assurance instructor for my former company I am able to provide full training packages to meet your needs and those of the relevant standards above.
Liaison with Assessment Bodies & Development Agencies
Whilst many clients have already taken the steps to choose their assessment body and have been referred to us by their local development agency, we are happy to assist with this activity to give our clients best value for money in reaching their goal. We are not aligned to any assessment body but will only recommend and work with companies who have UKAS accreditation. Do not be misguided into using an assessment organisation that does not have this. Look for the Crown and Tick logo as without that the certification is of very little value and outlawed by the CQI.
On-going Support
Many companies are either unable to provide resources to adequately maintain their systems or to keep them current for their operations. We can provide procedure change and auditing support, and assistance with management reviews as well as addressing and providing personnel training to meet changing needs of the standards.
